1.1 Information You Provide Directly
When you register for an account or use our Services, we may collect:

- Password (stored in encrypted form — we never store plain-text passwords)
- Vehicle information (optional, for personalized fuel recommendations)

1.2 Transaction & Usage Data
When you make purchases or interact with our Services, we collect:
- Fuel purchase history and amounts
- EZ Rewards points earned and redeemed
- Store locations visited
- Date, time, and frequency of App usage
- Features and screens accessed within the App
1.3 Device & Technical Data
We automatically collect certain technical information when you use our App:
- Device type, model, and operating system version
- Unique device identifiers
- Mobile network information
- App version and crash reports
- IP address
- Browser type and settings (for web application)
1.4 Location Data
With your permission, we collect:
- Precise GPS location (when using store locator or fuel price finder features)
- Approximate location (derived from IP address, used when GPS is not available)
You can disable location access at any time through your device settings. Disabling location will limit certain features but will not prevent basic App use.

We may receive information about you from:
- Social login providers (e.g., Apple Sign In, Google Sign In) if you choose to log in with these services
- Analytics partners that help us understand App usage patterns
- Fraud prevention services
2. How We Use Your Information
EzyTrip LLC uses the information we collect for the following purposes:

- Process EZ Rewards points earned and redeemed
- Display personalized fuel prices and nearby store information
- Send transaction confirmations and account notifications

2.2 Service Improvement

- Diagnose and fix technical issues

2.3 Marketing & Communications
- Send promotional offers, deals, and loyalty program updates (with your consent)
- Send push notifications about fuel price changes, promotions, and account activity
- Personalize promotions based on your purchase history and location
You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by updating your preferences in the App or clicking "Unsubscribe" in any email.
2.4 Safety & Security
- Detect, prevent, and investigate fraudulent activity, including EZ Rewards fraud
- Verify identity and ensure account security
- Enforce our Terms and Conditions
- Comply with applicable legal obligations
3. How We Share Your Information
EzyTrip LLC does not sell your personal information to third parties. We share your information only in the following circumstances:
3.1 Service Providers
We share information with trusted third-party vendors who assist in operating our Services, including:
- Cloud hosting and storage providers
- Payment processing services
- Push notification services (Apple Push Notification Service, Firebase Cloud Messaging)
- Analytics providers (e.g., Google Analytics for Firebase)
- Customer support tools
All service providers are contractually required to handle your data securely and only for the purposes for which it was shared.
3.2 App Store Platforms
If you download our App through Apple App Store or Google Play Store, those platforms may collect certain data in accordance with their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review:

3.3 Legal Requirements

4. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide Services. Specific retention periods:
- Account information: Retained for the life of your account plus 3 years after closure
- Transaction records: Retained for 7 years for accounting and legal compliance
- Location data: Retained for 90 days, then anonymized or deleted
- Device and usage logs: Retained for 12 months
- Marketing preferences: Updated in real time; retained until account deletion
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting info@ezytripky.com. Note that some data may be retained longer if required by law or for fraud prevention.
5. Data Security
EzyTrip LLC implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including:
- TLS/SSL encryption for all data transmitted between your device and our servers
- AES-256 encryption for sensitive data stored at rest
- Passwords hashed using bcrypt with salt
- Multi-factor authentication options for your account
- Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
- Restricted access controls — only authorized personnel can access personal data

6. Your Rights & Choices
6.1 Access & Correction
You may access and update your account information at any time through the App settings. If you believe any information we hold about you is inaccurate, please contact us.
6.2 Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your account and personal data by:
- Using the "Delete Account" feature in App settings, or
- Emailing info@ezytripky.com with your request
Note: Deleting your account will forfeit all accumulated EZ Rewards points. Some data may be retained as required by law.
6.3 Marketing Opt-Out
- Email: Click "Unsubscribe" in any marketing email
- Push notifications: Disable in App settings or device notification settings
- In-App: Update communication preferences under Account > Notifications
6.4 Location Permissions
You can withdraw location access at any time through your device's privacy settings (iOS: Settings > Privacy > Location Services; Android: Settings > Apps > EzyTrip > Permissions).
7. California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):
- Right to Know: You may request information about the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
- Right to Delete: You may request that we delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.
- Right to Opt-Out: You may opt-out of the sale of your personal information. Note: EzyTrip LLC does not sell personal information.
- Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights.
To exercise these rights, contact us at info@ezytripky.com with the subject line "CCPA Request". We will respond within 45 days.
8. Children's Privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. 9. Push Notifications
The EzyTrip App may send push notifications to your device, including:
- Fuel price alerts for your saved locations
- EZ Rewards points updates and expiration reminders
- Promotional offers and limited-time deals
- Account security notifications (these cannot be disabled)
You can manage push notification preferences in the App under Account > Notifications, or through your device's notification settings.
10. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
Our web application uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to:
- Maintain your session and keep you logged in
- Remember your preferences and settings
- Analyze traffic and usage patterns
- Serve relevant promotional content
You can control cookie settings through your browser preferences. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of our web application. Our App does not use browser cookies; instead, it uses secure on-device storage.
11. Third-Party Links & Services
Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services (e.g., Google Maps for store locator). This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party services. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you access through our App.
12. International Users
EzyTrip LLC operates in the United States and our Services are intended for users located in the United States. If you are accessing our Services from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
EzyTrip LLC reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by:
- Sending an email notification to your registered email address
- Displaying a prominent notice in the App
- Updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy
Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the changes, you must discontinue using the Services.
